Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item(s)? To return an item(s) please include the delivery note/invoice that you received with your parcel and outline the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to:

Goods must be returned within 14 days of order date - unworn & unwashed. All products returned will be inspected to ensure product is refundable. Once approved for return we will credit your original method of payment, excluding the delivery fee (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
How can I exchange an item(s)? If you would like to exchange a size or style please follow the same procedure as above. Please make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions for the exchange are clearly indicated. If an exchange is not available we will be in contact with you to discuss alternatives.
All goods must be returned in the condition they were received in, including the original packaging, i.e. polybags or boxes. Please note goods will be returned to you if not received in an acceptable refundable/exchangeable condition as outlined above.
No goods will be accepted outside the 14 days of purchase without authorisation or proof of purchase.

Save the Children Australia understands the importance and confidentiality of your personal and financial information supplied to us while interacting with our site. For these reasons we are committed to protect any information provided to us.
When using the services provided we will collect personal information such as: Name, Delivery Address, Contact Phone Number, and E-Mail Address. Order information is also stored at this time to track previous transactions.
If there is a transaction failure we will contact you to confirm the order and find other means of payment and delivery.

Secure ordering over the Internet
Your credit card details are encrypted before sending to Save the Children Australia, using SSL technology in a similar way to your details being encrypted when you perform internet banking transactions. In fact, ordering over the internet poses less risk than giving your credit card details over the phone or sending by mail or fax as there is no human intervention using this system.
