Postage and Delivery

Postage and handling

For delivery within Australia, online orders generate a postage and handling fee, which is 15% of your sale (unless purchasing a Wish List item or Mum Voucher, of which there is no postage incurred)

Mail and phone orders will however generate postage based on a bracket system, with details as follows:
Subtotal of orders less than $25 = $9.00 postage
Subtotal of orders between $25.01 and $80.00 = $15.00 postage
Subtotal of orders over $80.01 = $20.00 postage.

To order over the phone, please phone our Donor Relations team on 1800 76 00 11. Please ensure that you are ready with the details of your order.

Delivery

Delivery of orders is by Australia Post. Under normal circumstances your order will be despatched within five working days and arrive within two weeks. Items not immediately available will be placed on backorder for you where possible, and you will be advised of the expected date for despatch of these backordered items. Please note that your order may be sent in more than one parcel. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM OVERSEAS.
